SPEAKER: Sandra Mapus
Sandra is an HR and Client Advisor with BOST Benefits. She has 20+ years of extensive HR experience at the Director and VP level and has leveraged this to help clients improve their employee benefits, lower costs and implement technology. She is passionate about educating clients on ways to reduce their costs on health insurance through employee education, leveraging plans like level-funded and self-insured as well as prescription carve-outs. She has assisted numerous clients in lowering healthcare premiums and improving communication with employees to help them achieve better health and use of their employee benefits.
Sandra also started an HR consulting division for BOST clients who do not have HR professionals on staff or have limited staff. She saw a huge need to help our clients improve their HR processes, technology, employee relations, and to help clients be compliant in a number of HR areas. Her strong background in technology has enabled her to help clients implement systems to alleviate many manual HR tasks and migrate to systems that better suit the client's needs. Compliance and employee relations is also a strong focus of hers that has helped many companies overcome employee issues while putting policies and procedures in place to address these as they arise.
TOPIC: Leveraging HRIS Systems to Increase Efficiencies and Drive Employee Engagement
We will be discussing a number of ways to leverage HRIS to improve communication with employees and share information in a central location. During this time we will show ways to do this in an HRIS to help HR professionals in attendance think of ways that would help improve communication and make work more efficient.
