A seasoned people strategist and executive coach, Linda helps business owners and corporate leaders streamline operations, solve complex challenges, and energize team dynamics.
With more than 35 years of HR and customer service experience, she’s a trusted advisor who helps organizations build thriving teams and create clarity that drives profitability.
After a successful corporate career, Linda took a leap of faith into full-time entrepreneurship and never looked back. She was selected by ATHENA International to facilitate the Being ATHENA Leadership Program in Northwestern Pennsylvania, now entering its 4th cohort in October 2025.
Off-duty, Linda is an avid cyclist and proud member of the Horticyclists — a local group of women who love gardening and cycling. In 2024, she completed her first century ride — 100 miles in one day!

In this interactive session, we’ll explore what your current behaviors, rituals, and routines are really saying about your culture. Are your daily practices in sync with your mission, vision, and values—or are they telling a different story?
This activity has been pre-approved for (1) one general recertification hour(s) towards HRCI and SHRM continuing education. Information will be provided to attendees following the program with proper information to submit for individual recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
