    SPEAKER:         Megan Wollerton

Megan Wollerton is a nationally recognized corporate wellness consultant, keynote speaker, and best-selling author of From Burdened to Balanced: Finding Renewal Through Scripture and Science. She is the founder of Life Fore Wellness LLC and brings over a decade of experience in workplace wellness, leadership development, and behavior change.

With a background in business and psychology, Megan delivers evidence-based keynotes and workshops that help organizations reduce burnout, build resilience, and create psychologically safer, healthier workplace cultures. Her approach blends science, strategy, and relatable storytelling to turn well-being into a measurable business advantage.

After navigating burnout herself in the high-pressure oil and gas industry, Megan made it her mission to help organizations move wellness from a buzzword to a bottom-line strategy. She works with leaders and teams at all levels to improve engagement, performance, and long-term sustainability.

TOPIC:               Plays Well With Others: Civility for Grown-Ups at Work

    • Workplace incivility erodes trust, fuels burnout, and shifts teams into “survival mode” instead of high performance.
    • Drawing from real-world leadership experience in high-pressure environments, Megan explores how behaviors like dismissiveness, blame, and exclusion create “cover-your-tracks” cultures.
    • Backed by neuroscience and practical tools, this keynote reframes civility as a strategic business advantage – not a soft skill.
    • Attendees leave with actionable frameworks they can immediately apply to strengthen trust, improve feedback, and build psychologically safe teams.

This activity has been pre-approved for (1) one general recertification hour(s) towards HRCI and SHRM continuing education. Information will be provided to attendees following the program with proper information to submit for individual recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
