SPEAKER: Molly Reichard
Molly is a Culture Development Advisor with the Northwest Industrial Resource Center. Molly conducts culture assessments and leads employee development training to help manufacturers develop and retain talent. Molly is a certified facilitator for DDI Leadership and The Six Types of Working Genius. Molly is a lifelong Erie resident and spends all her “free” time at an ice hockey rink, on a golf course, or at a musical supporting her two kids.
TOPIC: Culture as a Retention Tool
Attendees will leave with an understanding of the link between culture and retention, identify key cultural drivers, and explore practical strategies to improve culture.
This activity has been pre-approved for (1) one general recertification hour(s) towards HRCI and SHRM continuing education. Information will be provided to attendees following the program with proper information to submit for individual recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
