Tish Bartlett will be highlighting the immense value of integrating individuals with Autism into professional teams. Participants will gain an understanding of key autism spectrum traits, learning how to recognize and appreciate diverse talents and perspectives. In addition, practical guidance on creating an inclusive environment that celebrates neurodiversity, fostering innovation, and enhancing teamwork by unlocking the often-overlooked potential within employees on the spectrum. 

Tish Bartlett has proudly served as the Executive Director of the Autism Society Northwestern Pennsylvania for the past 16 years. A devoted mother of two incredible young men, Tish's journey into autism community began in 2008 when her youngest son was diagnosed with autism at just 3 ½ years old. Faced with uncertainty and driven by love, she made the courageous decision to leave her career in accounting to fully immerse herself in autism and how best to support her son.

Now an Autism Certified professional, Tish has dedicated her life to creating meaningful change not only for her family, but for countless others across the community. Her leadership continues to bring hope, connection, and resources to individuals and families living with autism across the lifespan.

This activity has been pre-approved for (1) one general recertification hour(s) towards HRCI and SHRM continuing education. Information will be provided to attendees following the program with proper information to submit for individual recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
