SPEAKER: Courtney Steding, SPHR
Courtney serves as a Senior HR Business Partner for Erie Insurance. Before joining the insurance industry, she spent over ten years working in higher education, serving in leadership roles within employer relations and career coaching. Courtney has served our community in a variety of roles with local non-profits and currently serves as an Advisory Panel member of ATHENA Powerlink.
SPEAKER: Kristina Lantz, SPHR
Kristina is a Talent Management Consultant for Erie Insurance. Kristina is an advocate for DE&I efforts and has served on leadership committees for the Women’s Affinity Network and Multiplicity, a Business Resource Group at Erie Insurance. She has served as a coach in the Erie Insurance network for seven years, providing career help to many employees, and is a member of the grant committee for the Erie Women’s Fund.
TOPIC: Talent Management Techniques: Developing the Talent of the Future
As skills change more rapidly and many industries face large retirements, companies will need to address their talent needs in intentional and strategic ways. This presentation will offer insight into how Erie Insurance is mitigating their talent risks and share information on such solutions as effective succession planning and digital marketplaces.
