Matt is a Labor & Employment attorney at Knox Law. He assists clients in navigating various workplace matters including the unemployment system, FLSA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and more. He drafts and reviews employee handbooks, employment agreements, and federal employment litigation documents. Matt speaks often to a variety of groups in our region on labor & employment topics.

TOPIC:               New Year, New Administration: What Can Employers Expect?

This presentation will give HR professionals an idea of potential changes to come with a new administration in the White House, and steps they can take now to safeguard their policies and HR management. Included in this presentation will be:

• Status on current administrative agencies, policies, etc.
• Status on pending matters, including issues like overtime and non‐competes
• Expected updates to follow, given new administration
• Practical advice on what to do now, including a review of employee handbooks, HR procedures, etc.
