SPEAKER: Megan Zimmerman
Megan has over ten years of experience in the employee benefits industry. She has experience supporting employers nationwide within multiple industries. Megan has held the title of Director of Operations and Compliance, providing compliance consulting services and overseeing operations for a large regional insurance agency. Megan has spent time in HR overseeing compensation and benefit programs for a large, integrated healthcare system, including hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities. Currently, she is an Employee Benefits Advisor for OVD Insurance in Pittsburgh, PA.
TOPIC: Meeting Your Employees Where They Are: Benefits Trends and Needs
Megan will present current benefits trends in the marketplace and show us how to create the type of benefits program to attract and retain talent.
