SPEAKER: Rachel Tserkovniak
Rachel is a Human Resources Consultant and Trainer at the Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA). Rachel specializes in helping member firms in all areas of human resources including training, recruiting, hiring, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and compensation packages. Additionally, she assists members by conducting training and answering hotline calls.
TOPIC: Employee Handbooks 101
Trends, Rules and “Must Have” Content. Handbooks are the framework of an organization. Explore what guidelines to include or not include, plus new policies that every handbook should have.
