SPEAKER:       Becky Clark

Becky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and currently the Administrative Director of Treatment Services & New Opportunities Employee Assistance Program at Stairways Behavioral Health.  During her career, she has overseen numerous agency programs and staff in supervisory and administrative capacities, and has often collaborated closely with human resources as inevitable issues arose with staffing. She is also a clinician with expertise in adult mental health and trauma informed care.   With close involvement with her employer’s Employee Assistance Program over the past 12 years, she has an enhanced knowledge of how people's personal and family problems can snowball into problems in the workplace or with work colleagues.

TOPIC:               Dealing with Difficult People at Work and Home

• Difficult People / Behaviors – identification / clarification / discussion
• What leads to / drives this behavior
• How to respond – internally & interpersonally
• Identifying and initiating mutual goals
