    Elizabeth is an experienced human resources executive with nearly 20 years of practice as an influencer and leader helping companies to raise the bar in achieving their goals. In both her company leadership and consulting experience, she's demonstrated a passion for helping organizations increase their capacity and resilience in rapidly changing environments through change leadership at all organizational levels.

    SPEAKER:         Amanda Kochirka

    Throughout her career, Amanda has worked with businesses in the region to help them identify what success looks like, create a plan of action, and achieve their goals while confidently overcoming challenges. Amanda’s variety of experience in business startup consulting, marketing, market research, organizational development, and strategic planning has afforded her a broad perspective on how to guide businesses in finding paths to their goals as well as an understanding of the importance of making data-driven decisions.

    TOPIC:               Focus on intention: Building High Performing Teams in 2023 & Beyond

    It’s no secret that attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining employees has been a challenge for many organizations, especially over the past couple of years. In a market where employees are more selective about the opportunities they pursue and what aspects of their work are important to them, it is crucial for organizations to be flexible with their strategies and approach recruitment and retention with a focus on being intentional. Additionally, as many organizations face retiring or exiting leadership, creating a pipeline for succession, and developing a plan to ensure key roles are not left vacant for any period has become critical. Join us for this session where you’ll learn how to attract employees, manage them in a way that is conducive to retention, and prepare your team to take on leadership roles in order to secure the longevity of the organization into 2023 and beyond.
