Megan is a financial advisor with Equitable Advisors in Erie, PA.  With a background in risk management and education, she is passionate about educating her clients on financial wellness and helping them live their best, most fulfilling lives.

TOPIC:               How HR Can Support Employee Financial Wellness

Megan will cover financial fundamentals, behavioral keys to financial wellness and practical applications.

SPEAKER:         Belinda Rogers

For the past decade, Belinda has been working as an attorney in the Law Division of Erie Insurance in the employment, privacy, and insurance operations areas.  Most recently, she is spending two years as a Fellow, representing Erie Insurance, in the CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellowship.  She teaches a Law for Leaders class at Mercyhurst University in the Organizational Leadership Program for graduate students.

TOPIC:               Ensuring a Safe & Inclusive Holiday Gathering at Work

Belinda will walk through what distinguishes holiday parties from other work celebrations, discuss what could go wrong when planning such events, how HR can avoid those pitfalls, and mitigate associated risks.

COST:                $20 for HRMA members or $25 for guests
