How Competency Based Learning Can Bridge the Skills Gap
Competency-based learning has shown to increase retention for employers. Research has shown that this curriculum allows for promotion from within the company, and there is less of a need for outsourcing.

Keith has 22 years of experience as an educator, from elementary to adults. He has presented at state conferences on topics such as technology in the classroom and developing standards-based curriculum for adult education programs. In his current position, Keith is helping people overcome barriers to obtain employment.
