    SPEAKERS: Doug Starr – President and Owner of ECCA, Inc.

    Doug Starr is president and owner of ECCA Inc, a service-oriented technology company comprised of three product divisions that develops software solutions for human resources, insurance carriers, and food banks. In addition to his role at ECCA, Doug is the board president for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania and the vice chair of the Sight Center of Northwest PA.
