Julia Herzing, Knox Law Attorney will present on the amendments to PA's Child Protective Service Law and how it affects employer clearance issues, including but limited to employee clearances for those who work/volunteer with children. This can also include co-op programs, internships, externships, work study, etc.
She will discuss the who, what, when, where, and how often of the CPSL Certification Requirements.
